Hotel is settled in the residential part of Skopje, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 1 km from the city center. Is small 25 rooms, boutique hotel, ideal for business and family travelers.
The hotel has in-front street parking for max 3 cars or one bus, and indoor open parking for max 5 cars. It has 4 floors and basement: restaurant, manager office, and toilets in the basement; the lobby, front office, toilet, 5 rooms and room-attendant room on the 1st floor, 6 rooms on the 2nd floor, 7 rooms on the 3rd floor and 7 rooms on the 4th floor. In the back yard of the hotel, there is a closed meeting room adaptable as a restaurant, with a capacity of 40 persons. In the restaurant we serve buffet breakfast only from 07:00 until 10:00 o’clock and after breakfast, the restaurant is open only for hotel guests. The restaurant is also adaptable as a conference room with a total capacity of 50 persons.
The total capacity of the room is 54 persons: 4 single rooms, 16 twin rooms, 4 double rooms and 1 apartment (king-size bed + two extra beds). There is an option for 6 extra beds in twin rooms or double rooms. Every room is furnished with an electronic key door, SOS system in the bathrooms, fire alarm system, fireproof carpet, wooden furniture, aluminum soundproof windows, minibar, LCD TV, air condition, central heating, and telephone. Single beds are with dimensions 100 x 200 cm or 120 x 200 cm and double beds are 180 x 200 or 160 x 200 cm (depends on the size of the room). Three rooms have a balcony.
The hotel has an elevator from the lobby to the 4th floor, stairs from the restaurant to the 4th floor and outdoor stairs to the restaurant, backyard meeting room and front office. The hotel is 24/7 secured with video surveillance.
