The vineyard is located on a gentle slope, enjoys all-day sun, the vineyard is planted mainly with white grapes and has taken root well on good soil, at an altitude of 432m. It is 10 km from the A4 highway and has an asphalt road that leads directly to the vineyard.

Complete machinery consisting of: 2 tractors, 2 atomizers (1500 liters), 5-ton trailer, seven-furrow duster, three-furrow and four-furrow plow, mulcher (2 stick shredders), tiller.

The vineyard has no irrigation system and because of that the grapes are really high in sugar, organic and not treated with many pesticides.
